Enterpreneurship, in recent years become an increasingly frequent topic of discussion. Crisis economic condition in Indonesia since mid 1997 has taught the public that rely hope to others (working on others) was no longer the primary option as which has always been taught by our parents since we were kids. The economic crisis has caused waves of layoffs that afflicts millions of employees. The unemployment rate jumped dramatically. Both those who are unemployed because they have not also be a job, fresh out of college, as well as the newly unemployed that comes from companies that went bankrupt.
On the other hand, the economic crisis has been growing”blessing”of the birth of the new entrepreneurs. These are people who are keen to see an opportunity, and not nervous facing difficulties. While many people lament the fate of poor result can be affected by layoffs and no jobs, they direct their all resources and efforts to create jobs for themselves and others.
They realize that the way to achieve merged, wealth and happiness is not to be a coolie, but being the boss to yourself and others.
